Online I teach 8 classes a week. These are generally new every week based on the general theme of the class. You can join the classes at the time I teach them on Zoom or you can do the classes on-demand whenever, wherever! The classes are all saved into a Facebook group and YouTube to do anytime you wish. I invested in a garden micro studio last year so these dedicated online classes come to you from a purpose designed space with great sound and visual quality. It’s like I’m there with you!

Cancer Exercise and Rehabilitation
If you or you know of anyone living with or beyond cancer who would enjoy and benefit from exercise and movement, please read on.
When I qualified as a Level 4 Cancer Exercise and Rehabilitation instructor, I was delighted to be asked by Living With and Beyond Cancer to deliver exercise and movement sessions.
The aims of these free sessions are:
To encourage participation in physical activity.
To improve confidence and self-esteem.
To reduce social isolation
Who is the session for?
The sessions are open to anyone effected by or involved in living with cancer and beyond. A short questionnaire will need to be completed to gain background information and contact details.
What will the session involve?
Delivered via Zoom Mondays at 5pm we will have a quick chat to see if everyone is feeling generally fit and well enough to take part in the session. We will do a warm up, followed by some lower body and upper body exercises to raise heart rates and improve cardiovascular fitness. We will return heart rates to normal with a cool down and finish with some relaxing stretching and breathing. All exercises will be shown with modifications to increase or lower the intensity of the exercises and where suitable, seated options will be given.
