Rainbow Pilates is a perfect fusion of Pilates and aerial work, all in the beautiful silk hammocks at The Health Barn in Askham. Many people have never ever seen the hammocks before, let alone hung in them, but my classes are always full of enthusiasm, positivity and giggles!
My Aerial Pilates Story My Aerial Pilates journey started lying on the floor whilst teaching a relaxing close to Pilates in January 2024 and looking up at the beautiful hammocks at The Health Barn wondering….is Aerial Pilates ‘a thing’? I discovered it was and so began a very exciting journey…. Since then, I’ve completed my Air Control Pilates Stage 1 Instructor Course with the inspirational and incredible Debbie from Air Control Pilates. It’s been a fantastic Aerial Pilates journey to begin offering these classes, fuelled by challenges, determination and absolute passion to make this a reality!
